- Information Request Form Always give your viewers a chance to ask for help with leisure travel plans or a business travel review. And include a reply email thanking them for filling out the form and offering other services.

For business travelers vacation emails are best sent out just before or during lunch. Vacations are always a good topic during a lunch meeting.
Emailing families on a rainy day is the best chance to get all the decision-makers in one place.
Business Newsletters
Most people in business use their smartphones to keep updated with business emails so early in the morning while they are standing in line for coffee or before lunch when they take time to catch up on emails. Even after lunch is a good time surveys say employees are happier or in a better mood after lunch.
